6 week session Nov. 1st - Dec 10th, 2011

Tuesday Mornings
DANCE FOR HEALING AND HEALTH
10:45-11:30 AM $50
All ages and abilities welcome. Class includes: Guided meditation techniques and gentle exercises to energize the body and mind. Experience dance techniques from Ballet, Belly Dance, Jazz, Modern, Theatre Dance and Dance Improvisation to promote whole body wellness. All experience levels welcome, no experience necessary. Each student is invited to dance to their own comfort level. Class includes muscle toning exercises and ends with stretch exercises.

FUN WITH THEATRE AND DANCE FOR PRE-SCHOOLERS
11:30- Noon $40
This class is designed to introduce children to Dance and Theatre with fun games and activities that capture a child's imagination. The children will learn to use their body and faces to tell a story and express emotions. Students will develop their attention span, coordination, cooperation and have the opportunity to delight in expressing themselves through movement. Students will enjoy increased confidence in social situations as well as begin to develop an understanding of the Performing Arts. Ages 2+.

Thursday Evenings
WORLD MUSIC AND DANCE
6:45-7:30pm
Nov 3- Dec 12, 6 weeks $50
This Dance class is accompanied by music from around the World as well as live African Drumming. We will learn basic body toning and stretching exercises for whole body health. Fun Dance combinations will empower you to let your inner dancer shine. Free World Music CD with class. All ages and abilities welcome. Students are invited to dance to their own comfort level.

AFRICAN DRUMMING AND WORLD RHYTHMS
7:30-8:15 pm
Nov 3- Dec 12, 6 weeks $50
This class explores hand drumming and rhythms from around the world. Students will have the opportunity to try out different drums and instruments. Beginner and experienced drummers are welcome, students may bring personal drum if they have one. No experience is necessary, the basics of hand drumming will be taught as well as Drum Circle techniques, Jams and traditional African Rhythms. Free World Music CD with class.

Saturday Mornings
INTRO TO MUSIC, DANCE AND THEATRE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND FRIENDS
Saturday morning 10:30-11:15 am
Nov 5-Dec 13, 6 weeks $50
This class is designed for children ages 1-6 with a family member or friend. We sing songs, learn dances, play Theatre games and introduce vocabulary for Ballet, Hip Hop, Theatre and World Music. This class is an ideal introduction to Dance, Music and Theatre for young children. Children learn confidence, creativity and cooperation in a group setting, and will begin to establish a love and appreciation for the Performing Arts.

One Night Only!
ENLIGHTEN UP DANCE PARTY 6:30-8pm $10pp or $20 per family
Barefoot Boogie and Drum Circle! All ages and abilities welcome, family friendly interactive Dance and Drumming workshop and party. We will play group and partnered movement games, dance to live drumming and create a dance party atmosphere for people to let loose and boogie! A fun family night out! All are welcome!
