The HANG is an innovative new instrument played by only a few musicians worldwide.  There are less than 5000 in existance in the world today.  The Hang creates unique rhythmical melodies well suited to meditation, dance, yoga, and other healing art forms.  The mystical sounds of the Hang estabish an environment of peace and tranquility like no other.

Our Meditation through Music and Dance workshop is a guided meditation through exercises enriching to the body, mind and spirit.  Beautiful live music accompanies the meditation and instruction comfortably through the experience.  Workshops can be designed for any age and ability.  This is a healing exprerience, which will leave the participants feeling calm, centered and inspired.
